Sr. Assoc, Prod Specialist - MSD, WRB Tech

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer with 9 to 12 years of expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and financial systems. The ideal person will design, build, and implement enterprise-level solutions tailored for banking, insurance, and financial services.

Core Responsibilities

•    Financial System Integration: Shape and integrate Dynamics 365 with financial applications and banking platforms.
•    Customization & Compliance: Configure Forms, Workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) to meet financial regulations.
•    Data Security & Governance: Implement position based access control (RBAC) and data encryption for financial transactions.
•    Automation & Reporting: Utilize Power Automate and Power BI for financial analytics, risk assessment, and fraud detection.
•    Technical Leadership: Deliver guidance on best practices, governance, and security within financial Dynamics 365 implementations.
•    Performance Optimization: Recognise and resolve system bottlenecks to guarantee highspeed financial transactions.

Capabilities and Experience

•    Good exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales) within financial services.
•    Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
•    Sound understanding of Data verse, Azure DevOps, and API integrations for financial applications.
•    Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and SQL Server for financial reporting.
•    Proven aptitude to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
•    First-rate problem-solving, communication, and documentation capabilities.
•    Experience SSIS, XRM Toolbox and Kingsway soft.

Preferred Certifications:
•    Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
•    Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
