Job Purpose:

The purpose of the job is to run the implementation of new cash management products and services for our wholesale banking customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of new cash management products and services for wholesale banking clients.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful implementation.
Build and uphold project plans, timelines, and budgets for each implementation.
Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, among them customers and senior management.
Pinpoint and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise during the implementation process.
Give training and support to customers on new products and services.
Continuously review and strengthen implementation processes and procedures.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any graduate

Post Graduation: Any post graduate

Experience: 5-10 years of track record in implementation
