The Team Member – Administration & IR supports administrative operations and industrial relations activities at corporate and project sites. The role assists in ensuring smooth office functioning, statutory compliance, employee welfare, and harmonious industrial relations. |
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES | |
Financial / Functional perspective | ? Support cost control in administrative and welfare activities ? Assist in monitoring expenses related to facilities and labor welfare ? Help prevent financial loss through statutory compliance ? Support budget tracking for admin and IR activities |
Customer Perspective | ? Provide timely administrative support to employees and site teams ? Support grievance handling and employee welfare initiatives ? Coordinate with labor authorities and external agencies ? Maintain positive relations with workers and contractors |
Internal Process Perspective | ? Support office and site administration activities ? Maintain statutory registers and compliance records ? Assist in labor licensing, permits, and inspections ? Support disciplinary and grievance redressal processes ? Coordinate with contractors on labor-related matters ? Maintain MIS and documentation for IR and admin ? Support audits related to labor laws and administration |
