Duties and Responsibilities
To Make sure SLA Delivery for each process
- To Make sure quality of files processed by the Operations group are within the specified guidelines
- Reach Service To Sales Numbers
- To Make sure all cash management services at the branch are delivered
- Reach Service Related TAT & specific key outcomes like Generating Tokens, FTR, TAT etc
- Data Evaluation & Sharing of best practices with group
- Making sure Implementation of Policies & processes
- Coordination with various HO / Cross functional departments & delivering feedback
- Recruiting and manpower forecast & planning
- Making sure highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement To drive results & high levels of employee Satisfaction
- Vendor management (CPV Agencies)
- Making sure Compliance & Integrity within the area/region
- To Back up all New Initiatives & functional Projects of the Function
Required Qualifications and Experience
? Should have 2-4 years? experience, and minimum 1 years overseeing branch operations
? Should be a post graduate preferably
? Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.
? Should have outstanding communication capabilities along with strong presentation and data analytics capabilities.
? Self-motivated and a self-starter
