Duties and Responsibilities
? To reach Debt Management Services targets of the area assigned, making sure meeting PI Targets, meeting the Target on Cost of Debt Management Services. ? Control bucket flow cases and focus on non-starters.? Making sure documented feedback.? Making sure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing of products? Making sure audit queries are complied with.? Making sure adequate ?Feet on Street? availability area-wise / bucket-wise / segment-wise.? Oversee productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Debt Management Services Officers / Agencies / DMAs, monitoring performance against set parameters and Weekly review with the Debt Management Services executives.? Making sure background and reference check of agencies / DCTs being appointed.? Constant evaluation of DCTs and agencies.? Identify and oversee training needs for the CEs.? Back up Debt Management Services officers in legal / police issues.? Making sure timely and profitable disposal of seized stock & safe custody of seized products? Visit Random clients.
