Job/Job Title: Senior Developer

Function/ Department: Information Technology

Job Purpose:

The Job holder will be tasked with Coding, designing, deploying, and debugging development projects. Contribute to all phases of SDLC such as analysis, requirement gathering, design, implementation, code reviews, automation and testing of the features. Willing to take responsibility and owning the product end to end.

Primary Responsibilities:

Must have robust expertise in Java/Scala/Go/Rust or any other similar languages.
Sound background in creating high-quality, production-ready code.
Expertise in creating cloud native scalable and high performant applications
Strong analytic & problem-solving competencies
Should involve in Code review and giving technical guidance to the team.
Good understanding of implementation of security and data protection.
Good know-how in CCaaS/CPaaS/UCaaS Domain or Voice/Telephony applications
Proficient understanding of CI/CD, docker and Kubernetes.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Giving technical assistance, problem resolution and troubleshooting support.
Should be able to coach junior team members.
Should have good communication capabilities and analytical competencies.
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
Extensive track record in testing and validating Telephony, VoIP, and WebRTC-based communication systems
Hands-on experience with tools like Wireshark, SIP, PJSIP, or equivalent for VoIP testing
Working understanding of REST APIs.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
