Job Description
He will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) training portfolio by developing new business opportunities, promoting professional certification programs, expanding corporate partnerships, and increasing learner enrolments. The role involves B2B sales, product marketing, digital lead generation, and relationship management across industry and academic institutions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities across key industries.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into business.
- Prepare customized technical and commercial proposals.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Product Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for OSH training programs.
- Position certification programs through digital campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Partnerships & Alliances
- Establish partnerships with industries, educational institutions, and professional bodies.
- Promote collaborative training programs, campus initiatives, and corporate learning solutions.
Customer & CRM Management
- Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / EHS or a related field preferable

Experience

- Experience in Occupational Safety, Health, Engineering, or Technical Training will be an added advantage.
