Job Needs About the Job
As a Sales Manager – Commercial VehicleLoans , you will be tasked with achieving monthly sales targets throughout core business parameters among them volume, pricing, cross-sell, fee income, and collections. The position requires proactive field engagement, portfolio hygiene management, and a robust specialise in profitability. You will play a critical position in expanding the bank’s footprint in the construction equipment loan segment.
Core Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver on monthly sales targets throughout the following scorecard parameters:
- Business Volume (Units and Value)
- Pricing/Return on Investment (ROI)
- Cross-sell of insurance products
- Fee income generation
- Post Disbursement Documentation (PDD) compliance
- Collection management and recovery
Secondary Responsibilities
- Proactively travel over assigned territory to drive business progress.
- Oversee the overall loan portfolio with a centre on hygiene and profitability.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of track record in sales and portfolio management, preferably in construction equipment or commercial vehicle loans.
- Exposure to field sales and customer relationship management.
Capabilities and Attributes
- Robust sales orientation and target-driven mindset.
- First-rate interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Aptitude to run collections and guarantee documentation compliance.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
