Principal Accountabilities
- Recognise potential customers requiring gold loan.
- Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, local market visits and conducting sales activities in societies, apartments, clubs, and other places of interest to enhance branch visibility.
- Educate customers about gold loan, products, interest rates and benefits.
- Guide customers on submitting the required set of documents and KYC as per RBI norms.
- Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to secure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion & branch progress.
- Accountable for keeping NPAs in control through robust follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
- Increase gold loan business plus different other third-party products.
Qualification, Experience Capabilities
- 3+ years of Product / Sales exposure to Gold loan or other Asset products
