Principal Accountabilities
- Pinpoint potential customers requiring gold loan.
- Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, local market visits and conducting sales activities in societies, apartments, clubs, and other places of interest to upgrade branch visibility.
- Educate customers about gold loan, products, interest rates and benefits.
- Guide customers on submitting the required set of documents and KYC as per RBI norms.
- Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to guarantee healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion & branch development.
- Tasked with keeping NPAs in control through solid follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
- Increase gold loan business plus a range of other third-party products.
Qualification, Experience Abilities
- 3+ years of Product / Sales background in Gold loan or other Asset products
