'• To produce exceptional client organisation service with a solid centre on customer retention and long-term relationship management.

• Drive product sales and spearhead the acquisition of new client organisations to support business expansion and market expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

'• Generate sales openings for both self and team members by proactively recognising and pursuing potential leads.

• Customer Acquisition: Concentrate on acquiring new clients, with a sound emphasis on developing a high-yield Loan AGainst Property portfolio.

• Portfolio Quality: Secure the overall health and quality of the loan book through diligent monitoring and risk management.

• Digital Adoption: Embrace and advocate the use of digital tools and platforms to drive streamlining and enhance customer engagement.

• Team Development: Lead by example—groom, mentor, and support team members to attain their professional goals and business objectives.

Secondary Responsibilities:

'• Customer Service & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of customer experience and secure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
