Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Develops New and Existing High Net worth (HNI) Customer relationships for priority Business in depth profiling of the clients to recognise chances and match these openings to Products/ solutions provided by Kotak Group.
  2. Generate business actions spanning liabilities, assets and fee products to sustain and attain development in relationship value, revenues and client organisation stickiness.
  3.  Formulate and implement the sales plan to acquire new HNI customers and increase the customer base.
  4. Use investment expertise to conduct client Portfolio reviews and showcase Products as per client organisation needs.
  5. Secure client organisation Contactability at all times through regular connect with them in weekly/ monthly calls.
  6. Resolves customer queries for the managed book within the specified TAT
  7. Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy 
  8. Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship 
  9. Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients 
  10. Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts 
  11. Endure adherence to all bank and regulatory Processes at all times.

 

 

Job Requirement: 

 

  1. Aptitude to hand over high quality customer service by using organization & interpersonal capabilities.
  2. NISM/IRDA/AMFI if any can be strongly preferred. 
  3. Fluent in communication competencies, presentable and a quick grasping power.
  4. Decision making abilities with good sense of  ownership-understanding the customer expectations
  5. Must be having sound expertise in portfolio handling of big HNI customers and in developing relationship management.
  6. Banking/NBFC will be preferred with good portfolio management.
  7. Experience: minimum 7-8 years of exposure to relationship and portfolio management.
  8. Graduation Qualification in any stream/ MBA preferred
