Job DescriptionManager &ndash; Formwork ExecutionQualificationBachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech Civil) &ndash; MandatoryExperience8 &ndash; 12 years of experience inhigh-rise building construction projects with strong exposure toformwork planning and executionJob LocationProject Site / Multiple Project SitesRole OverviewThe Manager &ndash; Formwork Execution (Services Incharge) will be responsible forplanning, managing, and monitoring formwork systems used across project sites. The role involves ensuring efficientdeployment, planning, and execution of various formwork systems including Aluminium Formwork, Conventional Formwork, Safety Screen Climbing Systems, and Automatic Climbing Systems (ACS).The candidate will work closely withproject execution teams, tower incharges, and site engineers to ensuresafe, efficient, and timely formwork operations across the project.Key ResponsibilitiesFormwork Planning &amp; StrategyPlan and manageformwork systems for high-rise building construction projects.Prepareformwork planning schedules aligned with project construction timelines.Ensure optimalutilization and rotation of formwork materials across towers and floors.Execution ManagementOverseeinstallation, dismantling, and shifting of formwork systems including:Aluminium FormworkConventional FormworkSafety Screen Climbing SystemsAutomatic Climbing Systems (ACS)Ensure formwork execution meetsstructural, dimensional, and quality requirements.Coordination with Site TeamsWork closely withTower Incharges, Engineers, and Supervisors for proper execution of formwork activities.Providetechnical guidance to site teams regarding formwork systems and methodologies.Resolvetechnical issues related to formwork installation and cycling.Productivity &amp; Cycle Time ManagementMonitorformwork cycle time for slab and vertical elements.Identify opportunities toimprove productivity and reduce cycle time in high-rise construction.Ensure timely availability offormwork materials and accessories.Safety &amp; Quality ControlEnsuresafe installation and operation of climbing systems and safety screens.Conduct inspections to verifyformwork stability, alignment, and structural safety.Ensure compliance withsite safety standards and best construction practices.Vendor &amp; Material ManagementCoordinate withformwork vendors and suppliers for technical support and system maintenance.Monitorformwork inventory, material condition, and maintenance requirements.Ensure properhandling, storage, and reuse of formwork materials.Technical Support &amp; TrainingProvidetraining and technical guidance to engineers and supervisors on formwork systems.Support project teams inmethod statements and formwork methodology planning.Technical Skills RequiredStrong expertise inhigh-rise formwork systems and construction methodologiesHands-on experience with:<p data-end="3446" data-start="3416" st
