Job DescriptionEngineer / Senior Engineer &ndash; Formwork ExecutionQualificationBachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech Civil) &ndash; MandatoryExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience inhigh-rise building construction with formwork systemsJob LocationProject Site (High-Rise Residential Projects)Role OverviewThe Engineer / Senior Engineer &ndash; Formwork Execution will be responsible forplanning, supervising, and monitoring formwork activities at the project site. The role involves coordinating with tower execution teams to ensureefficient installation, cycling, dismantling, and maintenance of formwork systems including Aluminium Formwork, Conventional Formwork, Safety Screen Climbing Systems, and Automatic Climbing Systems (ACS).The position will report to theManager &ndash; Formwork Execution and will support smooth formwork operations across the project.Key ResponsibilitiesFormwork ExecutionSuperviseinstallation, alignment, and dismantling of formwork systems at site.Ensure proper execution of formwork activities forcolumns, walls, beams, slabs, and shear walls.Monitordaily formwork operations and coordinate with tower execution teams.Formwork Systems ManagementWork with different formwork systems including:Aluminium Formwork SystemsConventional Formwork SystemsSafety Screen Climbing SystemsAutomatic Climbing Systems (ACS)Ensure correct assembly and safe operation of climbing and protection systems.Cycle Time &amp; Productivity MonitoringTrackformwork cycle time for slabs and vertical elements.Coordinate with tower teams to ensuretimely shifting and reuse of formwork materials.Identify productivity issues and support improvements in formwork operations.Technical CoordinationCoordinate withTower Incharges, Engineers, and Supervisors for proper sequencing of formwork activities.Provide technical guidance regardingformwork installation and structural requirements.Resolve technical issues related toformwork alignment, shuttering, and cycling.Safety &amp; Quality ControlEnsure formwork systems are installedas per safety guidelines and manufacturer recommendations.Conduct regular inspections to ensurestructural stability and dimensional accuracy.Ensure compliance withproject quality standards.Material &amp; Inventory MonitoringMonitorformwork material usage and availability at site.Ensure properstorage, maintenance, and handling of formwork components.Report material damage, shortages, or repair requirements.Documentation &amp; ReportingMaintain records offormwork cycle progress, usage, and site activities.Preparedaily and weekly progress reports related to formwork execution.Coordinate with planning teams forformwork scheduling and tracking.Technical Skills RequiredStrong understanding offormwork systems used in high-rise constructionHands-on experience in:<li data-end="3382" data-section-id="85t7cs"
