1) Strong knowledge of LAB testing activities Metallurgical, Corrosion & Mechanical
2) Knowledge of National/ International standards in testing – ASTM, ASME, DIN, ISO
3) Should have performed testing & preparation of test reports
4) Knowledge & Experience in NABL activities
5) Planning of activities & coordination with customers, 3rd party inspection agencies and various internal departments
6) Shall be conversant with documents like drawings, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Manufacturing Procedure (MPP), Material Sampling and Testing Plan (MSTP), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Heat treatment chart reviewing, . . . etc.
7) Experience in handling of test specimen (machining) machine shop & Heat treatment activities (furnace operation)
8) Knowledge & Experience in handling of Thermocouple, Recorder & Temperature Indicators calibration activities
