This is an intermediate level role. Candidates from Infrastructure sector (Renewable Energy, Energy Transition, Storage, Roads & Highways, Data Centers etc.) background will be preferred. Preparing high-quality reviews preparation such as Annual and Quarterly Reviews, assistance in new and enhancement transactions, waivers and amendment memos etc. Candidates need to have full control over financial models for Projections, valuation using different valuation approaches such as relative valuation, DCF, replacement cost, etc. Manage the due diligence process.
Analyzing global geopolitical issues, Industry research and legal and regulatory framework to help prepare high-quality memos for various infrastructure portfolio. Interaction with stakeholders both internal and external would be a key requirement.
Candidate will need to manage multiple mandates and juggle deliverables under tight client deadlines Candidate should be willing to work in all of the sub sectors within Infrastructure sector.
