As a Program Success Partner – Startup Banking , you will be responsible for launching and managing the startup banking program at IDFC FIRST Bank. This role focuses on building market presence in the startup ecosystem, supporting customer acquisition, and driving engagement across banking products and services. Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Launch and manage the startup banking program, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Build and enhance market visibility for IDFC FIRST Bank within the startup ecosystem.
- Support the acquisition of startup customers through targeted initiatives and relationship-building.
