Job Description

Job Position:  Handle and service existing portfolio of WC client organisations such as renewal and enhancement of limits  Establish sound and effective relationship with Promoters and develop client trust and confidence  Understand business models, target segments, cash flows and structure WC solutions to best suit customer needs.  Ensure expansion in the portfolio by way of enhancement and reach a minimum business target as defined in the SOP.  Ensure timely renewal of limits  Guarantee timely closure of all pending PDD’s.  Tracking and liaison with customer for submission of any pending stock statements, stock insurance and stock audit compliance.  Visit client locations at frequent intervals to stay connected and ensure expansion and functionality of business model.  Uphold optimum portfolio hygiene by ensuring customer’s entire churn is routed through KMBL along with closure of other CA’s.  Push client for optimum utilization and track the utilization pattern MOM to recognise any unusual transaction.  Guarantee minimum delinquency and work towards exit of clients identified in EWS.  Be the face for the customer for his entire WC solutions. Give timely advice and keep customer updated with latest developments and pitch products beneficial to customer for smoother working.  Liaison with internal departments – credit/ops/trade desk/branch to facilitate client issues and ensure that the same are resolved within minimum TAT.  Drive cross sell products and book penetration in allocated set of customers.  Generate leads from existing customers and on-board new customer’s basis existing relationship management.  Uphold CASA book and generate float income by opening all group accounts.  Tracking of trade and forex transaction done by customer and generating income prospects from this. Job Requirement  Preferably MBA/ CA  Experience: 2-3 years background in the local market preferably some background in Credit & Sales Know-how is required - capability to get the customer to buy into the asset proposition- loan amount, rate & fees.  Solid oral and written Communication  Relationship Management Skill  Good influencing competencies  Job Grasp- The applicant would need to handle Sales for a gamut of products like OD, CC, BG, LC, Export/Import limits  Outstanding written and oral communication abilities  Strong written and oral communication competencies
