Acquire and expand relationships with High Net Worth individuals for both liabilities and commercial assets
Provide superior customer service while securing adherence to bank policies and compliance standards
Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services to deepen client organisation relationships
Educate customers about new products and enhancements to maximize engagement
Organize and lead targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events
Collaborate with other group companies to offer integrated financial solutions
Keep up comprehensive records of customer interactions and relationship history
Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries with a centre on quick turnaround and satisfaction
