We are looking for an Operations Specialist – Liability Operations (E) to join our Retail Liability Operations team. This post is accountable for authorizing customer requests and handling related activities through end-to-end coordination with internal stakeholders such as branches and relationship managers. The goal is to ensure smooth transaction processing and provide an enhanced customer experience through accurate and timely execution.
Core Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Undertake document scrutiny for account opening and service request processing.
- Execute data entry for account opening and service requests as per defined guidelines.
- Handle transaction processing, reconciliation, and vendor coordination.
- Guarantee accuracy and compliance in all operational activities.
- Uphold closed-loop coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and resolution.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Guarantee adherence to compliance standards and internal policies.

Education
