JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a high-undertaking and customer-focused Elite Relationship Manager to oversee and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients. This post involves acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and offering tailored banking solutions over liabilities, commercial assets, and investment products. The ideal person will have solid financial acumen, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen customer engagement Educate clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client organisation engagement events Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions Sustain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT)
