JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a high-executing and customer-focused Elite Relationship Manager to run and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers. This job involves acquiring new client organisations, deepening existing relationships, and offering tailored banking solutions throughout liabilities, commercial assets, and investment products. The ideal jobseeker will have sound financial acumen, strong interpersonal competencies, and a passion for handing over exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets Secure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client organisation engagement Educate customers about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions Keep up detailed records of customer interactions and relationship history Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT)
