Job Purpose To lead the development and optimization of digital capabilities and processes, ensuring operational efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement across digital channels. By leveraging advanced coding and business rule engines, the role ensures efficient, accurate, and consistent credit evaluations without the need for manual underwriting. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Business Rule Engine ? Own Business Rule engine implementation, enhancements & maintenance for B2C (PLCS, PPL (sub products), RPL, TW, Credit Cards, UDL, RCU and MFI). ? Lead all tech/process related capabilities, projects and innovations for B2C BRE perspective. ? Responsible for defining, designing and implementing solutions for all Risk requirements with respect to systems and processes for PL Card, PLCS and respective PL systems. ? Drive effective risk policies and strategies creation basis system fitment on entire Customer Life cycle. ? Own various monitoring and controls across Acquisition, Authorization and Portfolio journey. ? Play a critical role in supporting rapid business expansion with appropriate system controls and flexibilities to manage increasing complexities across different product lines. ? Specifically, this will require a strong orientation of adopting new capabilities, platforms and innovations. ? Liaison with stakeholders and partners for effective design and implementation of business and risk processes and capabilities on relevant platforms and associated systems. Need to display high execution abilities. ? Extensive engagement with Technology, Risk, Product, Business, Fraud, Operations, Analytics, Business Intelligence teams and external partners, vendors. 2. New Capabilities ? Develop a comprehensive framework for introducing new products and enhancing digital channels. ? Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and promote self-service options across digital platforms. ? Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design innovative solutions and support project implementations. ? Drive sustainability efforts post-launch of digital services, ensuring operational effectiveness for at least three months. 3. KPI Monitoring ? Gather requirements for new capabilities and product frameworks on digital platforms. ? Monitor and manage performance metrics on digital channels, striving for continuous improvement. ? Reduce errors and enhance system performance to optimize user experience. ? Ensure timely implementation of new product service frameworks and digital enhancements. ? Responsible for management reporting, analysis, and implementation of industry best practices. 4. Project Management ? Analyze digital properties for areas of improvement, sharing insights with stakeholders and executing enhancements. ? Ensure seamless coordination among teams to adhere to established guidelines and processes. ? Lead company-level projects for digital properties, facilitating regular discussions with stakeholders. ? Publish meeting
