Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Review and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings.
Supervise installation of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Prepare BOQ, material requisitions, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and local codes.
Perform testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Prepare project reports, as-built drawings, and documentation.
Support quality control and project handover activities.
