Job Description
Syndication/Downsell of Rupee Loan for Cleantech Financedeals:
- Building new/maintaining tie-ups with banks and financial institutions:
- Identify potential banking and financial partners in the cleantech & infrastructure sector.
- Negotiate and establish partnerships to expand the deal pipeline.
- Maintain and nurture existing relationships to enhance deal syndication opportunities.
Client Acquisition:
- Lead by example in acquiring new clients in the cleantech & infrastructure sector, identifying prospects, understanding their evolving needs and converting them into valuable business relationships.
Market Penetration:
- Identify and develop new markets and segments within the cleantech & infrastructure sector to expand the business footprint.
Sales Strategy:
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, product offerings, and market insights based on client feedback and market trends.
Fee income:
- Drive revenue generation through successful deal syndication.
- Negotiate favorable fee structures with partners and clients.
- Monitor fee income targets and take proactive measures to achieve them.
- Develop and execute a deal acquisition strategy to meet quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the deal origination team to identify and evaluate potential deals.
- Ensure a consistent and robust deal pipeline to meet quarterly goals.
Create and Maintain a Healthy and Profitable Book:
- Assess the creditworthiness and risk profile of potential deals.
- Work closely with underwriting and credit teams to ensure a balanced and profitable loan book.
- Monitor the portfolio for any potential risks and take corrective actions as needed.
Profitability Targets:
- Set annual profitability targets and develop plans to achieve them.
- Continuously monitor financial performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives.
MIS Reports:
- Generate and maintain accurate and timely MIS reports.
- Analyze data to provide insights into deal performance, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Present reports to senior management and use them to make informed decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Degree: CFA / CA/ MBA
- Minimum Years/type of experience: 5-6 years
