Verification/Inspection of purchased product at supplier works / Shop as per approved Quality Plan/Drawings & MS with reference to Purchase order.Dimensional and NDT Inspection of Castings & Forgings.Sound knowledge of Measuring Instruments like Boreguage, Micrometer, Vernier, Depth Guage etc. and Geometrical Tolerances. Inspection of Precise Finish machined componentsPreparing I-forms for various casting, forging and fabricated components.Liaison with client during client document review/inspection for casting, forging and fabricated components and obtaining necessary clearances.Raise product NCRs wherever deviation is observed against specified requirement.Conducting Quality Patrol Audits at Supplier works for identifying potential NCRS and Process deviations and taking corrective actions.Raise Client inspection call based on client approved QAP & Collaborate with Supplier/shop.Upholding all project wise documentation.Participation in preparation of Quality Risk assessment register.Evaluation of New Vendors for manufacturing / Machining of outsourced components
