Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and lifecycle management of ITI Apprentices, Advance Trainees and contractual skilled workmen, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, deployment and engagement. Manage NAPS/NATS processes, ITI institute partnerships, apprenticeship documentation, training/OJT and skill assessments. Plan and execute walk-in recruitment drives, trade tests and volume hiring based on project/manpower requirements. Handle attendance, wages/stipend coordination, workforce records, grievances and contractor compliance, ensuring timely and accurate administration. Ensure compliance with applicable apprenticeship and labour regulations, EPF/ESIC requirements, statutory records, audits and inspections.
