We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the IWPB team.

Principal Responsibilities 

The incumbent will be in charge of facilitation of the asset sales process among them customer interface, document completion, interaction on behalf of RMs with builders/societies in case of mortgage cases, discrepancy resolution etc. 

• Would be accountable for Asset Product Disbursal of the region
• Facilitate business – new as well as existing cases – with the branch asset specialists.
• Create an expert grasp of customer base, market trends, and competitor activities to oversee strategic direction.
• Engage with builders, brokers and other intermediaries to create business for the region.
• Daily co-ordination with internal stakeholders such as underwriting, Legal, etc. for pre & post approval activities.
• Give dedicated back-end support to Branch RMs in the login, approval and disbursal of their applications.
• Interact with senior business managers to spot peer company best-in-class service practices & technologies
• Operational effectiveness: See to it that discrepancy rates of pre & post approval applications are within acceptable benchmarks
• Ensure NIL fraudulent application.

Qualifications - External

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline with 4-7 years of relevant experience

Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
