BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Should have MEP Consultancy & Developers working experience
-
Design competency in Mechanical system, Knowledgeable with relevant Statutory, Regulatory qualifications etc.

Conversant with HVAC, PHE & Fire Fighting Design calculations viz: Load estimation, Equipment sizing etc.

Familiar with ECBC, NBC guidelines, ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASME, IS, CIBSE, BSRIA, LEED qualifications

Awareness about Mechanical execution at project site.

Familiar with MEP Design, capable of handling the in-house design key outcomes for various Residential, Commercial, Mall, Hotel, Data Centre developments etc.

Proficient in BIM/Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Skilled in creating standard MEP calculation sheets.

Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experienced with HAP (Hourly Evaluation Program).

Expertise in hydraulic water and air calculations.
