Performing Simulation studies and developing Heat & Mass Balance sheet
•Sizing of Equipment, Instrument and Lines
•Preparation of PFD, P&ID
•Preparation of Datasheets for Rotating, Static and Instruments
•Estimation of Power load
•Preparation of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual
•Preparation of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram
•Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations
•Performing Hydraulic calculation of network lines
To provide engineering support to Lead Engineers for contract execution.
•To be responsible for all the work with reference to a document/deliverables and/or activity assigned to him.
•To ensure that the documents/deliverables, generated, are in order before issuing it to others.
•To anticipate and discuss any potential delays and problems, if any with the Lead Engineer
•To co-ordinate with the fellow Job Engineers and Lead Engineers for smooth progress of the contract
•To close audit findings in a timely manner.
•To provide inputs as and when required to the relevant disciplines and to designers
•To identify the inputs required for Need list and Hold list and update.To follow all CPs/DPs and Job specific procedures during contract Execution.
•To prepare and check documents/deliverables as per relavent procedures and check lists.
•To follow Time Sheet Procedures.
