Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination
o
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and key outcomes.
o
Establish and sustain project schedules, resource plans, and documentation.
o
Collaborate communication between stakeholders, developers, and management.
o
Track project progress and prepare status reports.

Technical Development
o
Design, establish, and sustain applications using ASP.NET, C#.
o
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
o
Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end and back-end systems.
o
Conduct code reviews and make sure adherence to best practices.
o
Back up deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of applications.

o
Work closely with business group to translate qualifications into technical solutions.

Deliver technical guidance to junior developers.

Make sure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience in project coordination or project management.

Strong knowledge of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.

Exposure to reporting tools like Power BI or SSRS.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to balance coordination tasks with hands-on development work.
