PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:For AIP technology absorption, STW & FATs operations of AIP-EMAREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND:Project Management, Execution & Technical Knowledge about Marine Systems / Chemical Plant operations & trouble shootingJOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary: Absorbing AIP technology as part of TOT from NMRL. Getting associated during STW & FATs operations of AIP-EMSecondary:To understand, innovate and Implement ideas for improvement/Plant operation. Problem solving during Plant operationsThorough understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals: Equipment (Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Separators), valves, filters, piping, etc.knowledge on standards / norms on equipment installation, piping, process control and operations.Knowledge of Process Plant Control and understanding of control philosophyWork in compliance with all safety rules and regulationsCommunication & Coordination with customer for project related activitiesCo-ordination with design, purchase, QC & shop for project activitiesEffective interface with Customer, Development Partners & suppliersHands-on in ERP LN, PLM, MS ProjectBEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: Good Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, To be able to handle Defence customers, Problem Solving & Creativity
