Position purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be tasked with overseeing and collaborating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reach collections target by visiting clients/agency.Monitor performance against set parameters and deliver regular updates.Make sure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.Sustain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.Deliver regular reports on collection activities and performance.Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) managementDevelop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.Case to Case trackingResolution at per AOP with in agreed timelinesPortfolio ManagementDebt Collection StrategyTarget AchievementRegulatory ComplianceReporting and AnalysisRisk ManagementTeam LeadershipVendor ManagementCo-ordinating with internal and external clients
