Job Description
Employer Acquisition and Partnerships
- Identify, engage and acquire employers aligned with TalArc’s placement priorities.
- Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring and Business Leaders.
- Drive outbound employer acquisition through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and industry engagements
- Present TalArc’s solutions and convert prospects into active accounts.
- Build partnerships with employers, industry bodies and other ecosystem participants.
Account Management and Growth
- Own employer relationships from onboarding through fulfilment and repeat engagement.
- Generate internship and fresher-hiring mandates with defined requirements.
- Drive account growth through additional hiring opportunities and partnerships.
- Ensure high employer satisfaction and retention.
Placement Collaboration and Market Insights
- Partner with placement operations teams to support fulfilment and closure of mandates.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, account and mandate information in the CRM.
- Share employer feedback, hiring trends and skill-demand insights with internal stakeholders.
