Account Management and Growth
Own employer relationships from onboarding through fulfilment and repeat engagement.
Generate internship and fresher-hiring mandates with defined qualifications.
Drive account growth through additional hiring opportunities and partnerships.
Make sure high employer satisfaction and retention.
Placement Collaboration and Market Insights
Partner with placement operations teams to back up fulfilment and closure of mandates.
Sustain accurate pipeline, account and mandate information in the CRM.
Share employer feedback, hiring trends and skill-demand insights with internal stakeholders.
