Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership & Strategy

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on all matters related to AI and automation.

Technical Acumen & Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee Flawless Execution: Ensure the successful delivery of all automation and analytics projects, from conception to implementation.
  • Uphold the Highest Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for quality, control, and oversight across all project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams in the fields of analytics, data science, or AI.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), intelligent automation, and workflow automation.
    • Understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts and technologies.
    • Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data architecture principles.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop talent.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale, complex projects from start to finish.
