Duties and Responsibilities
Overseeing Hospital sourcing for assigned Relationship for Loans and Insurance.
- Engage with Hospital to build and strengthen relationships.
- Making sure timely revert on Hospitals query's.
- Overseeing FOS at Hospitals for Loans and Insurance sales in conjunction with Hospital Staff.
- Daily Reporting of Key metrics for the hospitals for driving velocity.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 1-3 years of experience.
• Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry or Healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
• Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
• Should have outstanding communication capabilities along with strong presentation and data analytics capabilities.
• Outstanding Interpersonal Capabilities.
• Acceptable level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
