Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities : Key Key outcomes: Duties and Responsibilities :: • Back up field through trouble shooting on system• Making sure governance adherence and meeting the TAT • Monthly hold clearance• Process Evaluation & Sharing of best practices with group. • Collaborate with Sales?& making sure mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT. • Making sure timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process • Liasoning with functional group – Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
