Description:

The Program Analyst is a key member of the Community Investing and Development (CID) team, reporting to the Director of Community Programs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) India. The CID team advances economic opportunity through impact investing, employee volunteerism and philanthropy. CID also supports fulfilment of important regulatory responsibilities, including Section 135 of the Companies Act in India. The Program Analyst will support key activities including planning, scheduling, administration and office management, project management, travel logistics and other support activities for CID’s work across International, with a focus on India.  


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CID team, with a primary focus on supporting the Directors of CSR India and International Community Relations, including coordinating team meetings, maintaining distribution lists, facilitating organizational updates and tracking action plans and assisting with follow-up activities.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars for the Director of CSR India and the Director of International Community Relations, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, agendas, briefing materials, and logistics support for the Directors.
  • Prepare, submit, reconcile, and track corporate expense reports through Citi Travel & Expense systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, reports, meeting materials, and other business documents to support team activities and leadership communications and follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support for employee engagement and volunteerism initiatives, assisting with coordination, communications, tracking, and execution of selected activities and campaigns.
  • Support coordination of cross-regional initiatives and activities, including helping facilitate planning and execution activities such as monitoring and follow-up support.
  • Support leadership participation in internal and external events and working groups, through meeting coordination, logistics management, and materials preparation.
  • Manage administrative processes, including ordering supplies and processing invoices through the Procure-to-Pay system.
  • Maintain shared team knowledge resources, databases, and tracking tools, including CRM entries, visibility pipeline updates and related records.
  • Support ongoing efforts to improve team processes, organization, and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, tracking, and special projects to support team operations and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office management experience preferred. Interest in or exposure to community investing, philanthropy, or corporate social responsibility is also preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new systems and leverage AI-enabled tools.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
