Duties and Responsibilities
Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to make sure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned.
- Credit appraisal for BL & Doctor Loans files for the assigned location
- Keeping delinquency under control
- Compliance of policy and processes
- Reporting of location metrics like Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on monthly basis as per prescribed format
- Market Research and Feedback for new product launch.
- Feed back on credit policy based on market conditions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Chartered Accountant /MBA Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Has worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in unsecured high ticket size loans
• Positive attitude and group player
