About the Position

The Cluster Manager – Business Banking is in charge of running and scaling the business banking network throughout assigned branches. This leadership job involves shaping strategies to attain development targets, optimizing operations and resources, and expanding the customer base through cost-effective and technology-driven solutions. The post also concentrates on establishing sound relationships with main local dealers and partners, enhancing product penetration, and producing high-quality customer service. Collaboration with cross-functional teams among them Product, Sales, Operations, Credit, and BIU is essential to drive customer acquisition, servicing, and relationship deepening.

Main Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive business development spanning branches by developing a robust business banking network.
• Understand market dynamics and competitive landscape; give feedback to product teams.
• Collaborate with a team of branch managers to acquire customers, deepen relationships, and produce comprehensive banking solutions.
• Ensure pricing, processes, and policies align with organizational goals.
• Develop networks to promote multi-product sales over locations.
• Share best practices, competitive intelligence, and business prospects throughout clusters and headquarters.
• Conduct regular business reviews to secure strategic execution.
• Keep up high ethical standards and guarantee compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers.
• Lead manpower planning, recruitment, and training for both on-roll and off-roll employees.
• Create and implement community development and livelihood advancement initiatives.
• Give training, coaching, and guidance to branch personnel to enhance performance.
• Evaluate and implement new initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to hand over integrated product and service offerings.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Recommend enhancements to business processes and policies to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
• Support digital transformation initiatives to upgrade customer experience and scalability.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification is optional but preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of relevant exposure to business banking or allied financial services.
