The Cluster Manager – Business Banking is tasked with overseeing and scaling the business banking network over assigned branches. This leadership post involves building strategies to reach progress targets, optimizing operations and resources, and expanding the customer base through cost-effective and technology-driven solutions. The position also centres on creating solid relationships with core local dealers and partners, enhancing product penetration, and handing over high-quality customer service. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, Operations, Credit, and BIU is essential to drive customer acquisition, servicing, and relationship deepening.

Core Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Drive business progress throughout branches by establishing a sound business banking network.
Understand market dynamics and competitive landscape; offer feedback to product teams.
Collaborate with a team of branch managers to acquire clients, deepen relationships, and hand over comprehensive banking solutions.
Guarantee pricing, processes, and policies align with organizational goals.
Establish networks to promote multi-product sales spanning locations.
Share best practices, competitive intelligence, and business chances over clusters and headquarters.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure strategic execution.
Sustain high ethical standards and secure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers.
Lead manpower planning, recruitment, and training for both on-roll and off-roll employees.
Shape and implement community development and livelihood advancement initiatives.
Offer training, coaching, and guidance to branch personnel to enhance performance.
Evaluate and implement new initiatives to strengthen operational streamlining.
Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated product and service offerings.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Graduate in any discipline.
Postgraduate qualification is optional but preferred.

Experience

Minimum 12 years of relevant track record in business banking or allied financial services.
