The Civil Execution function will be tasked with supervising and executing construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety qualifications, and project schedules. The group will collaborate with planning, QA/QC, survey, procurement, billing, and subcontractors to make sure smooth execution of civil works. Responsibilities include monitoring daily progress, resource deployment, material utilization, productivity, and work sequencing; making sure adherence to method statements, inspection qualifications, and contractual specifications; resolving site execution issues; upholding site records and progress reports; verifying work quantities; assisting measurement and billing activities; making sure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; and delivering construction milestones within approved timelines while optimizing resources and upholding project objectives.
