About the Position

We are seeking a CAD Manager – Agri (E) to join our Retail Asset Operations team. This job is tasked with overseeing day-to-day transactions related to Agri products, covering onboarding, limit setup, disbursement, repayment scheduling, and payment processing. The person will also oversee archival and retrieval processes, guarantee compliance with organizational policies, and uphold high accuracy in transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Oversee the onboarding process for Agri products.
Handle limit setup for Cash Credit and Overdraft accounts, covering disbursement and repayment scheduling.
Execute payment processes with precision and adherence to internal guidelines.
Keep up archival and retrieval processes for documentation and records.
Prepare and publish several MIS reports related to limit setup and disbursement.
Secure error-free transaction processing within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Demonstrate thorough grasp of Agri-related processes and systems.
Collect and analyze data from stakeholders for regulatory reporting.
Present data findings to senior management and external parties using MS Office tools.

Secondary Responsibilities

Handle vendor relationships, among them legal, technical, and Registrar of Companies (ROC) coordination.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant background in Agri loan operations or related functions.

Competencies and Attributes

Sound understanding of Agri product processes and systems.
High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
