Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Attain overall product targets for the branch covering CASA, Term Deposits, Investments, Insurance, Trade Services, Retail Assets & Business Banking products
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to meet individual and team performance goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.
Uphold a low attrition rate within the branch
Ensure hiring is aligned as per the manpower budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive expansion.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on branch activities and performance to senior management.

Secondary Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA) are preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of background in retail banking.
At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership job within a banking environment.
