The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.
About the Role:
The primary responsibility would be to conduct online (VILT) and classroom Functional & Behavioural Training programs for branch and other verticals staff posted at different locations
Key Responsibilities
� Coordinating and facilitating programs across respective circles for employees posted there. Planning and implementing new programs as per emerging requirements. In addition to this, there would be other functions such as managing/conducting Central Office driven programs, overall supervision of the programs, managing the logistical requirements, ensuring timely MIS submission, contributing to content development for question banks and e-learning modules, continuous updating of learner/facilitator guides etc.
� Connecting & following up with Branches and participants/absentees for attending the training programme and resolving queries /Track Follow up for attendance to ensure that all eligible staff complete the mandatory training (VILT+ELT) within the timeline.
� Provide a monthly Learning Data & Dashboard of the programs conducted by facilitator within timelines. Create daily MIS & dashboard for CO & region driven program and share with all regions for follow-ups. Creating employee wise master data/RegionalMIS/Dashboards/Presentations for regular follow-ups and meetings with business & HR stake holders.
� Ensuring identification of new joinees, and 100% invitation coverage of the new joinees in mandatory induction programs as per their role. Sending training invites at least 15 days prior to the program.
� Handling queries from Branches, Audit deptt. etc about Learning Data for North Region. Keep Records of all Traning programs conducted in FY by facilitator.
� Delivering and Participating in the Data-Tech Project and other projects assigned by Central Office.
� Ensuring All Invoices for Trainings conducted in hotels by facilitator are processed within TAT.
