About the Role:
The role of a Service Partner is to support the team of Burgundy Private bankers and Managing Partners to onboard new clients and to service the existing clients
Key Responsibilities
- Provide High quality of sales support to the team of RM mainly focused on getting appointments for RM and supporting RM for serving their clients
- Handle clients query related to RM’s portfolio in a positive, timely and appropriate manner. The aim is to resolve customer’s query at the first point of contact and minimize referrals to the RM for routine transaction
- Adhere to all process and controls to identify and mitigate risk and ensures timely escalation /of control issues
- Responsible for improving the credit card and debit card funding of accounts true rate and ensuring NTBs with atleast 3 PPCs
- Comply with local regulations in all aspects of strategy sales process, client correspondence, financial promotion, administration, and complaint handling Zero discrepancy in documentation for new accounts.
- Ensure mobile registration with minimum 4 PPCs on ETB accounts and ensuring every migrated Accounts has a burgundy debit card.
- Achieve the operational standards for the business and work within agreed procedures and guidelines displaying high level of integrity at all times
