Job Description
  • Drive investment throughput across Mutual Funds and Alternate products through strategic interventions across Burgundy, NRI & Priority segments. This will include:
    • Analysis of data to review patterns across customer segments and recommend suitable strategy to the respective business for increasing investment coverage.
    • Provide valuable insights on industry trends and data analysis to Wealth Specialists and Relationship Management Team.
    • Usage of digital channels to increase investment penetration in Burgundy, NRI & Priority segments that are non-starters to investment.
    •  Provide investment product and process support to the Burgundy, NRI & Priority segments.
  •  Work with Axis Group partners like ASL, Axis AMC and Axis Capital to make available suitable products to Burgundy, NRI & Priority segments and to increase throughput & revenue.
  •  Work with technology and business product teams to introduce new processes/ enhance existing processes for a better client experience.
  •  Perform root cause analysis of customer and coverage team pain points and work towards eliminating bottlenecks.
  •  To keep abreast with the regulatory changes in the investment industry and to work with Compliance to ensure implementation across segments.
  •  To act as a liaison between the Coverage Team and Asset Management Companies for resolution of client issues, product trainings, operational issues, etc.
  •  To identify training needs of the RMs and Wealth Specialists of Burgundy, NRI and Priority segments. Work with various stakeholders like TPP, Operations and Training team to ensure delivery.
  •  Work with ABR and BIU to design smart metrics to measure productivity of the segments and analyze customer behaviour trends.

Academic Qualifications / Relevant Work Experience Required

Post graduate degree in business / finance / risk management, or a related field.

 Extensive overall experience >15 years with experience in investments, sales strategy.
