Job Purpose:

'To produce a high-quality client organisation service and customer retention. Enhance product sales and new customer acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities:

'• Pinpoint new market prospects and proactively work towards customer acquisition and lead generation through localized initiatives such as canopy activities, leaflet distribution, cold calling, and similar engagement efforts.

• Service leads generated through front-line sales, cross-sell initiatives, or other internal/external channels, guaranteeing timely and effective follow-ups.

• Produce exceptional client organisation service and concentrate on customer retention by establishing and nurturing sound relationships, thereby supporting product sales and driving new customer acquisition.

• Reach individual performance targets related to income generation, product sales, and onboarding of new client organisations, as per the agreed objectives.

• Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from login to disbursement, covering documentation, counselling, fulfilment, and continuous handholding throughout the sanction and disbursal process.

• Ensure customers do not turn into non-starters, such as proactive support to collections teams in recovering EMIs in case of payment defaults.

• Create sound market relationships by actively engaging with local builders, business communities, and exploring new channel partners to expand outreach and visibility.

Secondary Responsibilities:

'• Provide exceptional client service and specialise in customer retention by developing and nurturing robust relationships, thereby supporting product sales and driving new client organisation acquisition.
