Job Title – Associate Relationship Manager-LAP

Place of work- Rajasthan/Gujarat/Karnataka/Madhya Pradesh/Chhattisgarh/Odisha/Andhra Pradesh

Business Unit - Rural Banking

Function- Retail Assets

Job Purpose :

The post entails deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and guaranteeing best in-class service to the customers. The job bearer has a responsibility to recognise mortgage needs of customers and offer appropriate lending solutions ( Loan Against Property) . The job bearer is tasked with driving customer acquisition, establishing household level customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship to deliver on larger organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate the customer needs and generate new sources of revenue by drawing on cross sell prospects as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and needs.
Contribute to penetration of mortgage business in Rural markets through lead generations and account opening as per needs of customer
Spearhead mapping of detailed household needs based on direct customer interactions
Conduct end-user checks as specified post disbursal of loans while achieving monthly and annual group loan booking targets
Reach individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationship and keep up high collections productivity
Lead preparation of quality documentation of loans to secure minimum queries / rejections from Operations / Credit teams
Work together with operations officer to guarantee timely and accurate data entry
Secure compliance as per the bank criteria

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Recommend process changes in order to enhance service effectiveness and quality spanning the branch network

- Offer support for implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.

Customer Acquisition targets, Cross sell targets

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate-Any-Full Time

12^th- Any

Experience:

0-3 Years in NBFCs/Banking.
